Given the increasing demand for service and accommodation areas, as well as the development of Mikołajki and Marina Nova, the company has begun the renovation of many historical buildings.
The company is currently renovating a former mill in Mikołajki. The mill will be restored entirely, from the foundation, through the façade, to the roof, under the supervision of the Conservator of Monuments. Our goal is the creation of a modern trading post which will unite the expectations of the local citizens with the building’s history. The first stage of the restoration has been completed and the mill has been put into operation as part of the “Nowy Stary Młyn Mikołajki” project (“New old mill Mikołajki”). The second stage of the project is scheduled for 2024.
After the completion of the mill restoring project, the company is planning the renovation of another historical building – the townhouse in the centre of Mikołajki.
The renovation of the townhouse is currently in the planning phase. All necessary permits and inspections have been commissioned. After obtaining all required documents, we plan to renovate the building and turn it into a cosy hotel.
Moreover, the company has plans for the renovation of other monuments in Mikołajki and the city’s vicinity.
